The meetings, or portions of, may be closed to consider matters relating to personnel, proprietary information, litigation and other issues requiring the confidential advice of counsel, commercial or financial information obtained from a person on a privileged or confidential basis, or the purchase of property or services whenever the premature exposure of such purchase would compromise the business interests of any such organization.

Community Advisory Board (CAB) members provide a representation of our work to the 16 counties of West Central Florida that we serve. CAB members advise and assist our organization's goal of educating, exploring, and engaging by building and fostering relationships between community members and WEDU PBS.
