Deadlines to Request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot
Requesting a vote-by-mail ballot:
In general, you must request a vote-by-mail ballot no later than ten days before the election.
Submitting your ballot:
Your vote-by-mail ballot must be returned and received by the Supervisor of Elections in the county you’re registered to vote in no later than 7:00 p.m. (local time) on election day.
Ways to submit your vote-by-mail ballot:
- Mail to Supervisor of Elections
- In-person delivery to Supervisor of Elections
- Secure ballot intake stations designated by the county's Supervisor of Elections
