Presented by Orlando Health and Florida Blue at WEDU PBS Studios, the free Heart Health Lunch & Learn marks the first event in our Healthy Aging Series, a partnership designed to bring the community valuable health insights and wellness resources from medical experts. Maintaining your heart health is an essential part of aging well and living a strong, active, and healthy life. This special event will feature three medical experts who will share practical, evidence-based strategies to help you better understand your cardiovascular wellness and take proactive steps toward protecting your heart as you age.

Dr. Schuyler specializes in individualized, patient-centered cardiovascular care with Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health.
A graduate of the University of South Florida medical sciences master's program, she is board-certified in internal medicine and believes personalized prevention is the key to successful long-term heart health.

Dr. Tran provides comprehensive healthcare with Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health, helping patients build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.
A medical graduate of the University of South Carolina who completed his residency locally at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, he values building trust and working as an active partner in your care.

Ms. Miller provides specialized clinical nutrition care with Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, serving as Lead Registered Dietitian for nearly four years.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Keiser University, and Logan University, she holds a master's degree in nutrition and is deeply passionate about the vital role dietary habits play in healing and disease prevention.
