WEDU presents Conversation, Kitchen Skills and Menu Inspiration with Co-Hosts Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster

Join us for a dynamic and thought-provoking conversation with Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster, co-hosts of America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country, the two most popular cooking shows on PBS.

Bridget and Julia will reveal the inner workings of the busy test kitchen where they work with over 50 cooks to develop and refine recipes, test kitchen equipment, and put supermarket ingredients through grueling taste tests to find the best. Try out the process with a Chocolate Tasting! They’ll also demonstrate a critical skill and the secret to success in the kitchen – working with knives. Sharing favorite tips and ideas for weeknight dinners and special occasions, Bridget and Julia will show you how choosing the right knife and using it properly is a game-changer.
