Volunteer with Antiques Roadshow
on April 11th & 12th 2018

One of the more unique experiences ANTIQUES ROADSHOW offers is the opportunity to volunteer to with the production. Volunteers are assigned various tasks, including crowd control, welcoming guests, production assistance, and more.

 

Volunteer Requirements

  • Minimum age is 18.
  • At check in all volunteers must show a government-issued photo ID.
  • All positions require standing or walking throughout the 12-hour event.
  • Must attend a training session on April 11th before the event from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M.
  • Should plan to arrive by 6 A.M. on April 12th.

 

Attendance at the training is mandatory. To be clear, volunteers must attend training or they will not be permitted to participate in the taping event. Volunteers must also commit to assisting on event day for the entire day from 6 A.M. to approximately 7:30 P.M. Volunteers will be assigned a team leader who will serve as their main contact during the event. Some volunteers may be released earlier and some may be asked to stay slightly later.The exact release time depends on the volunteer’s specific task and how many attendees are at the event.

 

All Volunteers Will Receive:

  • Breakfast, lunch, snacks the day of
  • ANTIQUES ROADSHOW polo shirt
  • Two appraisals will be provided to all volunteers working the appraisal event
