New legislation creates a special opportunity for you to provide for the future of your community-owned PBS station, WEDU.
The United States Congress recently passed a bill which includes an extension of the IRA Charitable Rollover. This will apply to all IRA distributions made throughout the 2008 and 2009 tax years. The extension allows individuals 70½ and older to donate up to $100,000 from their IRAs to their favorite charities tax-free. |
